VM Ho Chi Minh City Midnight closes registration for distances of 5 and 10km

Open the registration portal from September 6, MetaSports Marathon Ho Chi Minh City Midnight reached more than 4,000 people registered 5 and 10km. To ensure the safety of runners, BTC decided to end selling these two distances Bib.

Previously, on December 9, MetaSports Marathon Ho Chi Minh City Midnight closed the gate for the distance of 21km due to sufficient numbers. Runner who wants to immerse himself in the atmosphere of the night race in Ho Chi Minh City only has a distance of 42km to choose from. Currently, the number of Bib full marathons is not much. Ticket price for 42km is 1.45 million VND. After December 26, it will move to the Late stage, Bib price is 1,679 million VND.

Ms. Tran Bich Lien (27 years old, HCMC) is one of the runners who has a ticket to run 10km right before BTC closes the gate one day. Practicing running since the middle of this year, now she wants to participate in the race to try and check how much she has progressed. "I did not register early because I was afraid I could not do it, but now I am confident and eagerly looking forward to the race day. Fortunately, there is Bib 10km right before the closing date", Ms. Lien shared.

Runner running 42km will have the opportunity to admire many famous places of Ho Chi Minh City at night, going through the streets known as "sleepless" in the city center. On the night of 11/02/2023, 10,000 runners will start from Tao Dan Park and finish in front of the Zoo and Botanical Garden.

MetaSports Marathon Ho Chi Minh City Midnight organized by MetaSports Newspaper in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
