Thy Ca - The baby was born to run

At the age of six, Nguyen Thy Ca is confident, focused, disciplined and highly self -esteem after finding passion in running.

One winter day 2020, Mr. Nguyen Thai Ca brought his daughter to Thong Nhat yard, showing him the Ho Chi Minh City Athletics team practiced. He wants Thy Ca to be motivated to exercise every day when he witnessed the energy of the feet running in the national team such as Le Mong Tuyen, Ha Thu, Le Tu Chinh ... 5 -year -old baby running after the girls on recruiting one. Round of the yard - 400m - then tired.

Witnessing that, Mong Tuyen - athletes who won the 2017 SEA Games gold medal - put Thy ca in the practice of movement, increasing power and resilience. The baby is excited and does not hesitate to conquer the exercises that are separated from children.

Humans are born to run, and Thy Ca is no exception. But the special feature of this girl is that she not only ran to play in the yard with friends, but also passionate about running. After the first time in Thong Nhat yard, Thy Ca's parents realized the passion of her daughter and took her back every day. Inspired by "Mong Tuyen" teacher as well as "teacher" Trinh Duc Thanh - former record of 400m running, Thy Ca gradually conquered challenges in running. From how to practice breathing, running posture, how to control emotions to increased exercises in volume and speed.

"Many parents want to guide their children to study, that's very good," said Trinh Duc Thanh, now the Head of the Department of Athletics Ho Chi Minh City. "But the orientation for children to exercise and develop physically will even make learning better. Thanks to the family with good educational methods and proper orientation, Thy Ca is developing positively and copper are in all aspects ".

While many parents are still concerned, afraid to let their children run, worried that their children are not strong enough and easy to injure, Mr. Thai Ca thinks differently. As a sports lover and used to work on sports, this father understands the positive impact of running the habit of jogging to the comprehensive development of the child. Thanks to the orientation of parents and the dedication of the teachers in the city athletics team, Thy Ca Ca progressed constantly in jogging and significantly improving physical and mental.

"After the first 2 months of running, she was more agile in movement, freshness, more enthusiastic in life," Thai Ca said. "The baby's body is also more elegant, no longer heavy. He is no longer tired to exercise like the first days."

Knowing that he likes jogging, Mr. Thai Ca became his companion. He always tried to arrange the work so that he could take him to the yard every day. But he did not put pressure on his children, nor did he give or pampered. "I oriented my children to understand that there are always people beside them when necessary, but everyone's legs run. The result is due to their own efforts, not others," the father shared.

Unlike many other babies, Thy Ca can run alone without you. That helps children continue to run when the city is conferred because of Covid-19. For half a year not to go out, the baby practices 50 around the house to ensure the amount of physical exercise. Jogging has helped form a healthy habit for the baby. Thanks to that, parents never have to worry about Syg Sit in one place and glued to electronic devices all day.

A year and a half has passed since Thy Ca known to run. Now, children can run from 5 to 10km a day without tired, thanks to the ability to distribute and adapt well based on strict exercise and eating regime. There were no peers running with, but Thy Ca was not alone. I have many special friends - those that Thy Ca can learn many things. "Running with Thy Ca for many days, I was surprised about the hard work in a six-year-old girl," said Bui Thi Hong Minh, who came home in her 50-59 age in the last two Metasports Marathon in Hue and Quy. Nhon, shared with Metasports. "I almost run, and always smile after the end of the training."

WHO recommends that children spend at least 60 minutes or more per day for physical activity, but only 21% of groups from 6 to 19 years old do this right. Science proves that there are many benefits for children when running, such as physical, mental and intellectual development. For Mr. Thai Ca, what he was most proud in his daughter after a year and a half running was a concentration and discipline. "When the city was ordained, the children had to learn online," he said. "Thy Ca only takes three months to do all the exercises in the first grade program. With each book, he aims to solve it all a month and are determined to do it at all costs."

Thy Ca's story is an example reflecting the results of the Center for Health Research and Mobilization at the University of Missouri (USA) and the University of Exeter (UK). The body structure is perfectly suitable for jogging, and when we are young, we even run better than when growing up. Children participating in jogging will increase concentration to about 15% and often achieve high results in learning. Research also shows that people who actively mobilize from childhood are often easy to accomplish their goals and continue to work hard when they grow up.

From the original goal is to help girls have a exercise environment, Mr. Thai Ca collects things that all parents want to be in their children. Thy Ca is now an independent child, believing in himself, having a healthy habit and focusing on the maximum to achieve the goal.

"In the early days, we often had to beg, cheer the child to practice running," Mong Tuyen athlete, who directly taught Thy Ca, recalled. "Children, every child wants to play naughty rather than chasing on the framework. But after a year and a half, he was very self -conscious and could meet all the requirements of his teacher's homework."

Thy Ca started running the prize in the last half of the year, with an average frequency of a prize per month. The love of running is multiplied when the baby is running with other children. At Kun Metasports Marathon in Quy Nhon last month, after running with friends seven years old in the morning, Thy Ca asked Bib from the organizers to run with the 9-10 years old siblings in the afternoon.

At this weekend's MetaSports Marathon, the six-year-old will be attending the Kun Marathon again. But besides, Thy Ca will be one of the youngest athletes at 5km, promising to create interesting highlights for the tournament.
