The women's volleyball team relaxes on the yacht before entering the ASIAD journey

Returning to Vietnam after an impressive journey at the AVC Championship, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his students only had a short time to prepare for ASIAD taking place at the end of September in Hangzhou, China.

However, after a journey of more than 10 days in Thailand with 7 matches taking place almost continuously, the team still needs time to rest and recover physically. The entire team will have 3 days of "camp break" and enjoy a vacation on a 5-star yacht in Ha Long Bay.

In early June, before leaving to attend the 2023 AVC Challenge Cup in Indonesia, the Vietnamese team also enjoyed a similar vacation. Although the time is not long, it is extremely valuable, helping the athletes and coaching staff to relax after the dramatic AVC Championship tournament.

After a short break, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will reunite and practice again. On September 18, the team will welcome Thanh Thuy back from Japan and then march to China to attend ASIAD.

This continues to be a very difficult tournament for the Vietnamese women's volleyball team, once again we are in the same group as our Korean opponent. After an unbelievable 3-2 comeback at the AVC Championship, it is clear that the Korean team will play with full concentration to reclaim the debt.
