Sterling is about to go to Chelsea
The British player is Chelsea's top transfer target. Coach Thomas Tuchel's team led to strengthen the attack after lending to Inter Milan Romelu Lukaku.

Sterling is about to enter the last year of contract with Man City. According to Sky Sports, the Etihad team is grateful to Sterling's dedication so he will not stop him from leaving, including joining the opponent in the Premier League. Coach Pep Guardiola has also reminded many times that he did not want to keep players who did not feel happy at the club.
Chelsea may have to spend about 60 million USD to recruit Sterling. The new owner of this club, Todd Boehly, is said to have contacted Man City to negotiate the transfer fee, as well as related procedures.
Sterling has played for City since 2015, following a $52.5 million and $6 million bonus transfer from Liverpool that made him the most expensive English player in history at the time. In the past seven years, the 27-year-old striker has played 225 games and scored 91 goals.
Sterling wants to leave Manchester City in search of more opportunities to play. At today's Etihad, he lost in the competition for places with Phil Foden and Jack Grelish. Should the deal happen, Sterling would become City's second attacking player to move to another team in the 'Big Six'. Before that, Gabriel Jesus joined Arsenal for $55 million.
This shows the steady transfer policy of the Etihad Stadium team and the difference between their squad and their rivals. It comes after City completed two highly respected contracts-Erling Haaland and Calvin Phillips-worth a combined $135 million.
