Ronaldo yelled at the referee, pushed the fans

Saudi Arabia Cristiano Ronaldo got angry with the referee during Al Nassr's win, before pushing a fan who wanted to take a picture with him.

Ronaldo is said to be unhappy when the referee refused to give Al Nassr a penalty several times in the match against Shabab Al Ahli (UAE) in the play-off round of the AFC Champions League. This match Al Nassr won 4-2 after being 1-2.

When anger reached its peak, Ronaldo shouted at the referee and said: "Wake up". By the time he left the field, the Portuguese superstar could not contain himself. When he saw a fan wearing a tag, possibly an official or a reporter, taking a selfie to get a picture of him behind, Ronaldo pushed this person aside.

This is not the first time Ronaldo has expressed displeasure since joining Al Nassr. In March, the Portuguese captain kicked two water bottles on his way off the field after losing to Al Ittihad. In July, he again caused controversy when he threw water at a TV reporter who pointed the camera at him for too long.

Ronaldo has scored 20 goals in 27 appearances for Al Nassr in all competitions since joining the club in January. However, the 38-year-old striker has been silent for three consecutive matches. This contributed to Al Nassr losing his two opening matches of the Saudi Pro League 2023-2024 against Al Ettifaq and AlTaawon.

On August 12, Ronaldo scored twice to help Al Nassr beat Al Hilal 2-1 in the Arab Club Champions Cup final. This is the first title he has won since coming to Saudi Arabia to play. At the Saudi Pro League last season, Ronaldo and his teammates finished second after Al Ittihad.

With the victory over Shabab Al Ahli, Ronaldo's Al Nassr became one of three Saudi Arabian clubs with tickets to the AFC Champions League this season, alongside Al Ittihad and the National Cup champion Al Hilal. Al Nassr will face Al Fateh in the next match on August 25 before facing Al Shabab next week.
