Pogacar won the Tour de France for the second consecutive stage
Stage 7 is the first mountaineering stage of the Tour de France in 2022. The total length of the route from Tom Bryan to La Super Planche des Belles Filles, a ski resort in the Vosges Mountains in eastern France, is 176.5 kilometers. Cyclists had a harsh race against three mountains at the top of La Super Planche des Belles Files at an altitude of 1,140 m. The last climb is only about 7 kilometers, but the average slope is 8.5%.

After winning the 6, Pogacar took the gold from Wout Van Aert and led by Neilson Powless of the EF Education team'EasyPost 13 seconds, but Slovenia has increased advantage of Vingaard-35.
