With his experience in both domestic and international competitions, Mr. Chen Defen candidly admitted that all six referees were unprofessional and had weak methods, Especially coordination: With years of practical experience and serving as an international referee, I have controlled many international competitions through television broadcasts and comments on the referee work of the previous Hongwu Cup. As an individual, my experience I will rule out ideological issues because the referee only has two things to do. One is to control the ideological work during the competition process. In terms of profession, I believe there are two issues. One was the entire game between the two teams, with Dejiang Chemical winning in the first two matches. During the game, the referee made no mistakes. In the final situation, as I said, eliminating negative factors is about arbitration: arbitration No.1 and No.2, as well as four edge arbitrators, especially edge arbitrators. I believe they lack professional knowledge, especially in terms of coordination. This situation can be handled normally without any errors. As a national regulatory agency, we have entrusted the professional departments of the Federation to handle these issues appropriately to ensure the provision of professional services for the competition. Furthermore, we must make it clear that in arbitration work, everyone is human, so errors are normal and cannot be avoided. In football, the only most difficult situation to control is touching or not touching. Therefore, judges not only need to use their eyes to control, but also use their hearing and large space observation to determine whether the situation will touch. We now have Video Challenge Eye, but it was not used in the competition, which has caused controversy
Thus, it is clear that in the matter of professional arbitration, there have been erroneous decisions, plus haste, which has resulted in unfortunate and unnecessary controversies. With tournaments not equipped with the Video Challenge Eyes system, 50/50 situations become even more sensitive.
