In addition to the position of SEABA President, at the meeting this morning, under the witness and recognition of the representatives of the Asian Basketball Federation (FIBA Asia), the conference included delegates from 9 Southeast Asian countries. successfully elected other key permanent positions of the Southeast Asian Basketball Federation (SEABA); including Vice President Mr. Tan Kee Hian – General Secretary of the Malaysian Basketball Federation; The General Secretary is Mr. Koh Koon Teck - Chairman of the Singapore Basketball Federation and the Head of the Financial Supervisory Board is Mr. Piyapong Piroon - General Secretary of the Basketball Federation of Thailand.

Therefore, we jointly discussed and agreed on the key strategic objectives that will help the equal development of basketball in Southeast Asia. In September 2019, Ruan Baohuang was elected as a member of the 3x3 Board of the International Basketball Association (FIBA).
