Jabrane, born in 1991, started his career with futsal. His good performance in local tournaments helped him to be called up to the 2012 futsal World Cup - a 24-team tournament taking place in Thailand from November 1 to 18.

In the first futsal World Cup, Morocco is in Group B with Spain, Iran and Panama. Jabrane - then alternated at defender and pivot - was the first scorer for Morocco in the history of the futsal World Cup, when he opened the scoring in the 7th minute of the opening match against Panama. However, the African representative that day lost 3-8. Morocco closed its first futsal World Cup with two other defeats, 1-2 against Iran and 1-5 against Spain.

Since then, Morocco has two other times to attend the futsal World Cup in 2016 and 2021. In which, they made history when they first passed the group stage last year, won 3-2 against Venezuela in the round of 16 and then lost. Brazil 0-1 in the quarterfinals.

But Jabrane did not participate in both tournaments, as he switched to 11-a-side football right after the 2012 futsal World Cup. At that time, Jabrane was only 21 years old and played for Morocco's second tier club Raja Beni Mellal. In 2015, he joined another hometown club, MC Oujda, and then landed at Hassania Agadir the following year. In the summer of 2018, the 31-year-old midfielder left Morocco to join UAE club Dibba Al-Fujairah and played for four months, scoring five goals in 16 matches.

However, it was not until Jabrane returned to Morocco to play for Wydad AC that his career began to flourish. The 31-year-old midfielder is captain of Wydad AC and has scored 15 goals in 92 games. Jabrane helped the host club to win the Botola Pro (Morocco league) three times in 2019, 2021, 2022 and four consecutive seasons to the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League (Africa Cup). In particular, Wydad AC won the runner-up in the 2018-2019 season and the champion in the 2021-2022 season. Jabrane was voted the best player of Botola Pro for the 2021-2022 season and is currently valued at $ 2 million by transfer site Transfermarkt.

Jabrane made his first men's national football team 11th field since 2018 and currently has two goals in 18 games. He is a member of the Morocco team that won the African championship two times in a row - 2018 and 2020. In which, Jabrane played one match against Sudan in the group stage in 2018 and played all six matches in the 2020 tournament.

The player born in 1991 was not called up for the 2018 World Cup under coach Herve Renard, but was added to the list by new coach Walid Regragui to Qatar 2022. Jabrane has only made two appearances from the bench and played a total. 13 minutes, in a 2-1 victory over Canada in the group stage and Portugal 1-0 in the 1/8 round. The impressive performance of the duo Sofyan Amrabat and Azzedine Ounahi from the beginning of the tournament made Jabrane unable to compete for the main kick.

Jabrane's career transition was more successful than Falcao - one of the greatest futsal players of all time. Falcao briefly switched to 11-a-side football with Sao Paulo in the first half of 2005, with the team participating in the 2005 Copa Libertadores, but he could not adapt and had to return to futsal after less than six months.

Falcao won the World Cup with Brazil twice, was voted FIFA's Best Futsal Player four times, 2004, 2006, 2011, 2012 and won the Golden Ball at the 2004 and 2008 World Cups. Brazil was eliminated by Iran in the round of 16 of the 2016 World Cup - the tournament where he scored 10 goals and won the Bronze Shoe.
