MetaSports Marathon to hold the next tournament in Hai Phong

The beautiful running track is the most attractive point of the MetaSports Marathon Hai Phong 2023. The city has architectural works built from the French era, well preserved. Besides, Hai Phong has about 600 streets, located in 7 inner city districts, which are favorable conditions for the organizers to create impressive roads.

The city of red phoenix flowers is easily accessible to the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway, shortening the travel time by more than an hour. Cat Bi Airport connects directly with Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Da Lat, Can Tho, Quy Nhon, Dong Hoi and some cities in the Central Highlands such as Pleiku, Buon Ma Thuot.

This is one of the few localities in the country that converges all 5 types of traffic including: sea, river, road, railway, and air, which are connected synchronously and smoothly. Out-of-province athletes will have many options for transportation and accommodation during the races.

Combined with running, athletes can explore Hai Phong through famous tourist destinations such as Do Son, Hon Dau, Cat Ba. In which, Cat Ba archipelago is known to tourists with 5 national and international titles: Scenic Landscape - Special National Monument, World Biosphere Reserve, National Park, Marine Protected Area and National Park. Lan Ha Bay is in the top of the most beautiful bays in the world, voted by the Association of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World (MBBW) on January 26, 2020.

Hai Phong also owns the most diverse culinary culture in Vietnam, with dishes that have made a name for themselves, such as: crab cakes, bread sticks, snail dishes.... One recipe per season, Visitors can explore this land all year round. Since the Hai Phong Department of Tourism released the "Hai Phong - Culinary Circle" food map, the "food tour" trend has become popular among young people.

This tournament will also have four distances: 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km. Expected scale of 8,000 athletes. Inheriting the success of previous MetaSports Marathons in terms of athlete care, health care, security, and water supply, the Organizing Committee will make this the biggest running festival ever held in the city of red phoenix flowers.
