Man City beat Bayern

The reigning Champions League champions kicked off their tour in Asia with two wins over Yokohama F Marinos and Bayern. Midfielder Kevin de Bruyne continued to not play, and Haaland only played the second half, but Man City still dominated the opponent with a rate of keeping the ball 61% of the time.

Young midfielder James Mcatee opened the scoring in the 21st minute with a close-range ball, after the coordination of other young players such as Rico Lewis and Julian Alvarez. Midfielder Dayot Upamecano made a mistake at the opening goal when he was overtaken by Lewis and dribbled into the penalty area.
