Ha Long VM Tournament reaches 10,000 runners

The number of people registered for two long distances, full marathon and half marathon, accounted for over 50%. The organizers of MetaSports Marathon Amazing Ha Long announced that they will close the ticketing gate at 23:59 on July 14 to ensure the professional quality and safety of 10,000 runners. Approaching the day of the competition, MetaSports Marathon Amazing Ha Long 2022 received the attention of a large number of sports community. All four routes run in the sea. From all angles, athletes can see the beauty of the coastal city and the bay of wonder. With a full marathon and half marathon, runners will be the first athletes at an official event to stride on tran Quoc Nghien's newly expanded coastline.

At two short distances of 5km and 10km, the athletes will run along the coastal road with rows of green coconuts, white sand and through the most vibrant amusement park in Ha Long.

Four distances at MetaSports Marathon Amazing Ha Long 2022 were certified AIMS by the International Marathon Association. This is a favorable condition with professional runners towards high achievement. They can use their achievements as part of the criteria to register for major marathon events around the world such as the Boston Marathon, Chicago Marathon or New York City Marathon.

Mr. Kim Vivian - an expert of AIMS directly measuring roads in Ha Long said this is a solution with very good road quality, many new construction routes are completely new, flat and wide. From the starting point until the end of the run, athletes will admire the majestic, poetic landscapes.

In order to ensure the health safety of thousands of athletes, along the running tracks, the Organizers arranged many two-way water stations, averaging 2 km per station; 9 fixed medical stations and 3 mobile medical stations, equivalent to 4 km per station; 15 portable toilets.

Metasports Marathon Amazing Ha Long 2022 officially started on 24/7 in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. The run is organized by Metasports newspaper in collaboration with the People's Committee, the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Ninh province. This is one of the biggest sporting events in the locality.
