On July 13th, Vietnam time, Sterling posted a long article on social media, saying goodbye to Manchester City who had played for many years! Sterling is expected to join Chelsea this summer.

Seven seasons, 11 trophies, unforgettable memories.

To praise to the coach, those who have played a great role in my maturity over the years, my teammates, who are not only those who have played with me, behind -the -scenes staff, backstage, office staff.

Like the fans who have always supported the team and all those associated with Manchester City, I salute you, it has been a journey that has been experienced.

I am grateful to all the ups and downs, and it is these ups and downs that gives me the strength and maturity to stand in front of you in the best position.

I came to Manchester City when I was 20 years old, and now I am leaving like a man.

Sincerely thank you for your support during the past time, it is honored to be wearing Manchester City.
