Four useful warm-up moves for runners
Proper warm-up will help runners prepare both mentally and physically in the best way to perform exercises, reducing the risk of injury.
The most appropriate way to warm up is to practice slowly in a sequence of increasing speed and increasing weight. The Running Motivation page suggests a warm-up to both warm up the muscles and increase the excitement of the runner before the exercise, with four moves, respectively A Skip (number 1 in the clip), Side Running (2), Grapevines (No. 3) and a double combination (4) between Butt Kick and A Skip.
