Detail list of Vietnam women's volleyball team 1 to attend VTV Cup 2023

At the 2023 VTV Cup volleyball tournament, there will be two Vietnamese teams participating. Team 1 is led by coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and deputy coaches Ta Duc Hieu, Tran Thi Hien, and Nguyen Trung Nam. The decision to convene two teams, according to the team's Board of Directors, aims to reduce the load on athletes and find and supplement personnel for the team when we will attend many tournaments in August and September. After the 2023 VTV Cup, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and the BHL will prepare for the Asian Championship starting on August 30 in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.

In the list of Vietnam women's volleyball team 1 summoned, there are the additions of Le Thanh Thuy (Ninh Binh LienVietPostBank), Nguyen Ly Thuy Vi (Quang Ninh) and Ca Thi Tu ( Kinh Bac Bac Ninh). Due to sending Vietnam 2 team to participate in SEA V.League 2023 stage 2, the members of Vietnam 1 team went to Lao Cai earlier to prepare for the tournament. Currently, both teams are present in Lao Cai and ready for the 2023 VTV Cup.

Vietnam team 1 registered to participate in VTV Cup 2023 with 14 athletes and Thanh Thuy wearing the captain's armband. Team Vietnam 1 has an average age of 24.4 and an average height of 177.2 cm.
