Coach Park was recommended to Hanoi Police Club

The plan was sent to CAHN a few days ago, with the consent of Coach Park and his trusted assistant Lee Young-jin. According to a source from MetaSports, Mr. Park only received the title of Technical Director instead of a coach, stemming from an agreement signed with a Vietnamese enterprise on the opening of a football academy, which is expected to launch in April.

A representative of CAHN confirmed the incident, but confirmed that he was not interested in Mr. Lee Dong-jun's proposal. They are also not satisfied when the information is released even though the two sides have not negotiated.

Park is the most successful coach in Vietnamese history. Under his guidance since the end of 2017, the teams have achieved many successes such as the runner-up position of the U23 Asian Cup 2018, winning the AFF Cup 2018, reaching the semi-finals of the ASIAD 2018, the quarterfinals of the Asian Cup 2019, the gold medal. SEA Games 2019, 2021 and into the final qualifying round of the World Cup 2022.

After the contract expired at the end of January, the Korean leader did not renew with VFF because he felt the need for a renewal. In the final tournament, AFF Cup 2022, he and his students lost to Thailand in the final.

Coach Park has repeatedly affirmed that he has not retired and is ready to wait for invitations. There were rumors about his ability to coach Korea, Indonesia or VFF's Technical Director.
