Coach Park commended Mr. Gong to the U23 Asia Award

Coach Gong Oh-kyun was his next assignment, and immediately take Vietnam to the end of U23 Asia-2022. What do you think of this record?

I don't know what it's like for Vietnamese fans, but personally, I believe Coach Gong did well at the first tournament in Vietnam, when we cross the board with a victory, two combat. So far, we still applaud when it comes to Korean and Thailand. Even when Vietnam lost Saudi Arabia in the occult, but I still think that Mr. Gong and the Vietnamese players had a successful tournament.

Why do you stop leading the U23 Vietnam after SEA Games 31 and leave your position to Gong?

I've been leading the national team and U23 Vietnam all year long and it's hard to get in the crossroads. At SEA Games 2019, Coach Kim Han-yoon has done very well for the job, but I need to pick up. I trade with VFF to determine the final SEA Games 31. Also, U23 players mostly in the lower class, so it's hard to find out, the vacation at U23 helps me focus on the national team.

Also at the U23 Asia Award, Korean under the direction of manager Hwang Sun-hong failed by the 0-3 in Japan in the final four years.

I watched the Korean game while having dinner with a group of Vietnamese friends. When Korea lost 0-1, a Vietnamese friend told me not to worry. But when he lost to 0-2, he turned off the TV, so I couldn't see the rest of the game, I'm sorry for the results.

You helped the Vietnamese soccer team win the HC gold SEA Games for the first time after 60 year and then that's the second golden HC in contact. What's your first feeling?

I've been in Vietnam for five years, there's been a good success and a result that didn't mean it. SEA Games 31 is my last tournament with U23 Vietnam. As for the host country, the Vietnamese people are very high hopes, so I also feel pressure and responsibility, and I'm glad that the luck has reached my goal.

The Vietnamese Ball grew so much that they were two stages ago and after Coach Park Caveseo showed up.

Vietnam won won the gold HC in two SEA Games continually. The Vietnamese Cup 2018, but Thailand at the end of AFF Cup 20. This is the only failure before the Southeast Asian teams since I took office in Vietnam. I think the Vietnamese football has reached some peak in Southeast Asia. More confident players, probably, physically, better physically, which is because of the physical manager, physically, and the status of the players have improved specifically as they are, especially the height has developed as far as they're missing.

What's the most memorable match for you since work in Vietnam?

I remember every fight that works here, which is most memorable in the U23 3 3-1 in China, it's the first official fight after I put down in the middle of the snow. But very few Vietnamese players have seen snow, though, they fought the best of them in a harsh condition and that's the first thing I've ever had with Vietnam. Besides, I remember that Thailand game at the AFF Cup 20 semi. I didn't forget all the other failures.

You took the Vietnamese soccer team for the first time in the World Cup. Even if you fail, you will still be impressed to defeat China and take the Japanese peace.

In Southeast Asia, Thailand and Vietnam have both reached the last stage of sorts once, it means that the team crossed the area to fight the first Asian fleet. I think this is a good chance for the players to grow up. Besides, this is a good chance for a VFF leader to look back on the preparation that he did to get there.

Your contract with a VFF will expire at 31/2023. How's the deadline going?

We'll just talk about the deadline before the contract's over three months. I believe Lee Dong-jun's representative will be able to handle everything, the official name of AFF Cup this year has been rerouted, this is the last tournament of this year, we lost in Thailand at the last semester. We don't know we't know we't make this year'll end.

Then what do you think about going back to Korea?

There's a lot of great coaches in Korea. I probably don't have a chance. I'm not the leader of this field, but there's a lot of experience, if there's a consultation, I'll be ready to take it.

The Vietnamese players used to go to K-League fight, but they didn't get the results.

When I hear the players tell stories, they say that life in Korea is no problem, but it's not easy to adapt the stones. Korean football requires physical and impact, so it seems that the Vietnamese players are having a hard time with the Vietnamese players who want to grow any more and more quickly adapt to the style where they're going.

After he had a great success with the Southern stone, two counties of Shin Tae-yong and Kim Pan-gon continued to lead the East East East Asia to lead the Indonesia, Malaysia. How do you feel about these two?

They're both great manager Shin Tae-yong is doing great in Indonesia and Kim Pan-gon is in charge, but he's also good luck with the Malaysia team. Though Kim Pan-gon is not East Asia, but he has lived in Hong Kong and has a lot of experience working in Asia.

Son Heung-min became the first Asian player to win the English Prize. How do you appreciate it?

I haven't seen the last British tournament this past season, but it's heard Son wrote two tables and became the King of the net, that's a really great achievement in the world's first class tournament, which may not happen in five or five years I've come to Korea.

The Vietnamese say you're a friend of Mr. Son Woong-jung, father Son Heung-min, and he's been told that his son is not even in the world.

The Vietnamese sometimes asked me if I knew Son Heung-min. Son Woon-jung is my boys in the football world, but never lived together. In Vietnam, there was no concept of men, so I also lied to everyone he was my friend.

You're the world's greatest tournament, Son Heong-min won't have a breakthrough in the temple penalty, this could happen again in five years, but it could be 100-year longer. What if he made it that far, wouldn't he be a world-class player? It's hard to deny that the Son Woong-jung denies just coming from the hearts of his parents. I think it's a little more mature and modest that the Son of the Son Woong-jung thinks, but I think it's coming from the heart of a parent. It's impossible to judge based on outsiders standards.
