Coach Park came to support Van Toan to launch K-League 2
According to Korean media, when he heard that Van Toan was about to launch K-League 2 in Seoul E-Land's shirt, coach Park Hang-seo decided to schedule a visit to watch the match. Van Toan was excited and wanted to play on the field.
"I am very happy to know that the coach will come to watch the match," Van Toan shared. "The coach wanted to encourage me when I went abroad for the first time."
The match between Seoul E-Land against Chungbuk Cheongju took place at 14:00 on March 1 (Hanoi time) at Mokdong's home field with a capacity of about 15,000 seats.
Van Toan revealed that Coach Park had an important impact on helping him leave HAGL to go to Korea to play. He joined Seoul E-Land on a two-year contract, and is considered by coach Park Choong-kyun as an important factor in his goal of reaching the top four this season.
Van Toan's playing opportunity is considered brighter than Cong Phuong at Yokohama FC and Quang Hai at Pau FC. The striker born in 1996 also said that he is integrating well with his new teammates and loves life in Korea.
