Da Nang On the afternoon of September 2, Aaron Wilkin set a -10 win mark at the tournament of the Asian Development Tour professional golf system with three rounds on the par72 course at BRG Danang Golf Resort.

Round 3, Wilkin made an impressive breakthrough. He scored seven birdies and no bogey, of which the seventh birdie on the hole went from -3 to -10 at the end of the game. At that time, Wilkin became an overtaking target for compatriot Deyen Lawson, two holes behind in the race for the championship. On the 18th green, Lawson missed an opportunity to drag Wilkin into the extra hole in a birdie putt a foot away from the hole.

After this misstep, Wilkin finished first, and Lawson finished second with a score of -9. Finishing right behind Lawson were Saptak Talwar (Indonesia) and Naoki Sekito (Japan) in T3 (-6). Wilkin received 17,500 USD for winning the cup made from Chu Dau ceramics (Hai Duong) with a history of formation and development of 600 years.

The tournament had 23 Vietnamese golfers but only three players passed the elimination, including Nguyen Anh Minh, Doan Van Dinh and Nguyen Nhat Long. At the end of round 2, Anh Minh stood at T23 (even par), Van Dinh and Nhat Long at T45 (+2).

On the finish line, Anh Minh was in high form. During the entire match, in addition to the only bogey in the opening hole - hole 10, the 16-year-old amateur golfer scored five birdies, including three consecutive times during holes 16-18. Thanks to that, Anh Minh finished eighth (-4), then received the "excellent amateur" award. Nhat Long, 20 years old, with final position T37 (+2), was honored by the Organizing Committee as "excellent Vietnamese professional competitor".

Meanwhile, Van Dinh "lost his fire", ending the tournament in 56th place (+12).
