For the first time since the beginning of the season, Arsenal have won six consecutive matches in the Premier League. Striker Bukayo Saka shines with a double goal and an assist. Gabriel Martinelli also made a mark with the opening goal, while Granit Xhaka was celebrated for the second consecutive match. The 4-1 victory helped Arsenal create an eight-point lead against Man City, even though they played more than one game.

Arsenal became the first team in Premier League history to win nine derbies in a single season. Crystal Palace created the atmosphere of a derby before the ball rolling, when many flares were lit in the area for the away team's fans. However, on the field, the level difference between the two teams is too large.

The visitors created the first danger in the 11th minute, when Wilfried Zaha dribbled from the left by-line into the center and then hit the back of goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale and went wide. Crystal Palace also squandered another opportunity to face the goalkeeper, and then they had to pay the price when the host "heated up". Saka crossed the wing for Martinelli on the left, let the Brazilian striker send the ball to his non-dominant left foot, then shot diagonally to beat 19-year-old goalkeeper Joe Whitworth, opening the scoring for Arsenal.

Crystal Palace just changed the general when Patrick Vieira was fired on March 17, which partly made them unable to revive their spirits. In the 43rd minute, the visitors' defense forgot Saka in the penalty area, allowing the English striker to receive Ben White's pass and cut his heart to the far corner to raise the score to 2-0. Saka became the first player in the Premier League this season to score and assist 10 times or more.

Arsenal did not want to stop at this score, continued to press in the second half. In the 55th minute, Xhaka smashed with Leandro Trossard and then escaped to face the goalkeeper before shooting into the near corner to make it 3-0 for Arsenal. This is the second table in a row for Xhaka and he celebrates the table in a "clown" style to give to his daughter.

Crystal Palace regained a goal just eight minutes later, when midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp was quick to hit the target from a corner of the visitors. However, the three-goal gap was restored by Arsenal in the 74th minute, still thanks to Saka's work. Defender Kieran Tierney received the ball on the left, then passed the back of the visitors' defense so that Saka shot to the near corner to make the score 4-1.

Saka was Arsenal's inspiration in this match, and he often created danger whenever he had the ball. The same thing is with Zaha on the away team, but the former Man Utd striker did not do well in the last stage.

After a two-week break, Arsenal will play round 29 of the English Premier League at Emirates Stadium against Leeds on April 1. And Crystal Palace suffered a series of four defeats, continuing to risk falling into the relegation race.

Arsenal: Ramsdale - White (Jorginho 83), Holding, Magalhaes (Kiwior 86), Zinchenko (Tierney 65) - Partey, Xhaka - Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli (Smith-Rowe 83) - Trossard (Jesus 65).

Crystal Palace: Whitworth - Ward, Guehi, Tomkins, Mitchell - Doucoure, Milivojevic (Hughes 65), Schlupp (Ahamada 82) - Olise (Eze 82), Edouard (Ayew 65), Zaha.
