      Argentina's Serie A consists of 28 teams, with only one match between each team (random home and guest) and 25 rounds of matches in total. The League A champion in 2021, League A Cup champion in 2021 and Argentina Cup champion in 2019-20 will participate in the South American Libertadores Cup in 2022, while the League A Cup champion in 2020 will participate in the South American Club Cup in 2022. The remaining seats in the Libertadores Cup and the South Club Cup are determined by the combined points of League A and League A in 2021. The top three teams that have not yet been qualified for intercontinental competition in the overall list will participate in the Libertadores Cup, while the next five teams will participate in the South Club Cup. The demotion rule of League A this season: each team will get an average score by adding the total score of the previous two seasons (only considering the points of League A) and dividing it by the total number of matches. At the end of the season, the team ranking in the bottom three on average will be relegated to the A-B League next season.
